HOW CAN I BE SURE MY BOOKING IS CORRECT?

If you wish, you can easily book on line on our web site by sending us all the information requested; that way you can be sure of getting the best offer or any special offers of the day. You can choose to pay either by bank draft or credit card. If you choose the former, the email we send you will have all the information you need, and your booking will be complete the moment we receive the bank draft (that must be sent within 3 days); at this point we will send you a further email to confirm your booking. If, on the other hand, you prefer the latter, your booking is more or less immediate, and as before, you will receive an email to confirm your booking.
If you wish, you can also phone the hotel directly or send us an email when you want to book; just fill in the form on our web site, and, under no obligation, you will be sent all the necessary information, special offers and last minute discounts.

IF I PREFER NOT TO BOOK ON LINE, WHAT OTHER WAYS ARE THERE?

If you wish to book over the phone you will first have to confirm over the phone or send us an email. In this case we will ask you to send us a deposit of 30% of the normal cost of your stay, while, if the period requested is within a few days or, if you wish to pay using a non refundable pre paid card we will ask you to send the equivalent of the entire cost of your stay. The deposit/total cost must be paid via bank draft or with the necessary authorization on behalf of the issuers of your credit card. Your deposit will then be taken off the total cost of your stay when you check out.

I HAVE ALREADY PAID MY DEPOSIT/TOTAL AMOUNT BUT CAN NO LONGER LEAVE ON PLANNED DAY, HOW DO I CANCEL?

-If you cancel at least 30 days before expected arrival date there are cancellation fees and you will be refunded the total amount you have paid;
– If you cancel later than 30 days before expected arrival date you will be asked to pay the cancellation fee as stated in the booking conditions, and the Hotel is free to use the deposit/total amount for a later stay (unless the Hotel can offer a different available time) to be used within the same season that year, or in the same season the following year.
– If you cancel within 7 days of the expected arrival date of your stay, or if you do not come at all, the Hotel is free to keep the entire cost of the booked stay.
– If you have booked with the “pre paid/non refundable” formula, you will be asked to pay the entire cost of your stay when you book, and in no case will you be refunded.
